NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE
TOWN OF THERESA ZONING ORDINANCE & MAP
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the
Town of Theresa Board and the Town of Theresa Plan Commission on the
15th of February, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at the Theresa Town Hall, N8679
Cty. Rd. P, Theresa. The text of the Town of Theresa Zoning
Ordinance and Zoning Map are proposed to be comprehensively revised.
Dean Perlick of Dodge County Land Resources and Parks Department will
give a presentation of the proposed amendments. Any person may
comment on the proposed amendments during the hearing. A copy of the
proposed Zoning Ordinance and Map is available for inspection. Please
call the Town Clerk at 488-2033 for an appointment. The proposed
Zoning Ordinance may also be found on the Town of Theresa website,
www.townoftheresa.com, on the ordinance page.
